Adam Messinger has been Chief Technology Officer of Twitter, Inc, since March 14, 2013. Mr. Messinger served as Vice President of Infrastructure Engineer at Twitter, Inc. He first joined Twitter in 2011 and was mainly responsible for app design and user experience. Prior to Twitter, he served as Vice President of Development at Oracle Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Messinger founded Gauntlet Systems Corporation and served as its Vice President of Products.
He is the inventor of more than a dozen granted or pending patents. Mr. Messinger is a graduate of the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was a Sloan Fellow and holds a B.S. degree in Physics and Computer Science from Willamette University, where he was a G. Herbert Smith Scholar.
