Formerly with McCann Erickson Worldgroup in Sydney Australia & Gyro in San Francisco and London, England. Richard has also worked in-house on the EMEA marketing team for EDA software company Cadence Design Systems and spent 11 years running his own consulting firms & agencies.
As founder and CMO at Politik, he now takes responsibility for creative direction and marketing strategy at Politik and Interzone.

Sehra is an event management professional with over 15 years experience driving event marketing programs and strategy within leading global organizations. She has directed international conferences and exhibitions for up 8,000 attendees, created marketing campaigns, developed sponsorship programs and managed complex budgets and finances. Her career includes the role of Head of Events for VMware, being responsible for the Pan-Europe Middle East and Africa event program which included VMworld Europe. Prior to this, Sehra has held senior in-house corporate positions including Gartner, Barclays and Credit Suisse. Sehra is the owner of Pinstripe Productions and Director of Events for Gennext Kelowna.
